The HP Officejet 6000 is the latest offering by HP in the category of single function inkjet printer. However, it makes up for speed and print quality where it lacks in features. Yielding competitive color photographs at 0.46 per minute, no doubt, the HP Officejet is a fully capable printer. However, there are certain critical features missing in it such as media card reader, LCD screen and the USB cord.
The Officejet 6000 printer is backed with the standard one year warranty which covers labor and parts. Though it costs just $ 90, you receive much more functionality from Canon Pixma, a multifunction printer having built-in color LCD, scanner, copier and built-in fax machine for just $ 20 more.
The quality of print meets the high standards set by HP and it impressively sends full color photos. However, the lack of LCD screen takes some time getting used to.
