The Bureau of Indian Standards is expected to call a meeting of printer-manufacturers to minimize types of ink and toner cartridges as well as concerns about the price of ink and toner cartridges.
The Bureau of Indian Standards concerned that the largest selling brand of HP has too many types of ink cartridges that are all similar in size and shape for its line of printers. Causing too much confusion and unnecessary inventory stock.
The Meeting is being called in hopes of simplifying ink cartridge purchases for consumers as well as government offices.
